Things I'm Loving-June

So I know I've been totally MIA recently...but I've been living and loving life so much it hasn't left me with a ton of energy/time to blog about it.  But I wanted to give you a little update about a few things I've loving right now.

1.  Sending cards

I've loving going to Hallmark and buying birthday cards, graduation cards, and lots of other cards for other reasons and sending them to friends and family.  Although I love Facebook and the like for keeping in touch, a card in the mail is so much better.  And it's something I don't want to die out.

2.  Earl Grey tea lattes

Especially from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.  I try to make my own, but they aren't near as good...but good none the less.

3.  Bloody Mary mix...minus the alcohol.

Flying home from vacation the other day it sounded so yummy and I've been hooked ever since.  I have a feeling adding the alcohol would turn me off too lol

4.  My Kindle iPad app

I can buy a book and start reading it almost anywhere.  And it's so easy to travel with.  And it's easy to read in bed.  I also like to pretend I read faster than old-school books.

5.  Gummy vitamins

I've always hated taking vitamins cause they're just so stinkin' big.  Then I discovered gummy vitamins and my world was changed.  I forgot to pack some on our 10 day vacation and brought home a little cold.  That'll teach me to quit vitamins cold turkey!

There are plenty of other things I'm loving right now, but I think that's enough for tonight.  By the way, none of these companies know I exist...they are just things I have discovered and honestly love.

And I'll try to do a little catching up of all the things we've been up to lately!

I Love This

I know it's been a couple of weeks since the Royal Wedding.  But I'm still loving it.  I've had a crush on Prince William since I figured out boys don't have cooties.  And I've always been a sucker for fairly tales.  I'm sure you've seen this by now, but just in case you haven't...

Happy Easter

The Lord has risen!  Alleluia!

Corbar Cross, Derbyshire, England

I hope you have a wonderful holiday celebrating the wonderful promise that we were freely given.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  --John 3:16

Our Addiction

Confession: Husband and I have a serious addiction.

A couple of weeks ago...we splurged a little and bought one of these

And now we are officially addicted to this game.  ADDICTED!

It brings out the worst in me.  I'm not one to use curse words, however this game get me swearing like a sailor.  But it's fun...now if only I could control my mouth!

Still doing the same thing as last month.

Weekend Recap 3/26-27

So this post is a little late, but better late than never, right?

This was the weekend my mommy came to visit me.  She flew in Thursday night and took me shopping at Fashion Square.  Not many things beat a shopping trip with my mom!  We also had a delicious meal at an Indian Restaurant.

Friday night Husband was flew home and we all went out to dinner.  This time we had Greek food.

Saturday we woke up bright and early to go to the Renaissance Festival.

Sunday Husband dropped both my mom and I at the airport.  She headed home and I boarded a plane for LAX for my mystery destination (which I promise I'll disclose soon!)
